Aurateck has developed and integrated advanced proprietary processing technologies to utilize on mining and ore reclamation projects.

 

The technologies will maximize gold & silver metal extraction and vastly enhance project profitabilty.

This objective is achieved by our unique XLR ( 1 & 2) systems that can process 100% of targeted gold ore resource material.

Stage 1 ,XLR1 uses a unique, continuous feed, pressurised vat leaching process to harvest the precious metals content from the host ore material for sale or storage. 

Stage 2, XLR2 utilizes a propietry Bio-Blending process to produce an organic fertilizer product, actually termed a 'soil enhancer', from the waste material now devoid of precious metals. This is viable as for the very reason a host material has metals such as gold or silver, it very often also holds metals such as Zinc, Selenium, Copper all of which are hugely valued as part of a crop's mineral soil base. This range of organic soil enhancers are branded, patented, certified and sold to cash crop industries today in western USA.

 

XLR enables a mining project to have total sale and removal of all material from the operations site, crucially leaving no waste and this additional extra cashflow upside is very significant.

 

XLR eliminates the requirement for expensive extra tailings disposal and introduces new, hitherto unrealized, project cashflow.

Furthermore the relevant project permitting and bonding become far more feasible and economic due to this no waste scenario. 

 

Aurateck is focused to directly implement this technology on company controlled projects.

 

We are targeting the billions of tons of Au & Ag bearing ore material at surface in western USA and realizing $$ billions locked in.

Resource material may be alluvial deposits, virgin hard rock ore, lower metal content rock or tailings material from previous mining activities.
